Thanks for your attention

I’m a teacher, writer, and artist with a life shaped by travel, practice, and reflection. For the past several years, I’ve been living on the move while learning how to feel more present, grounded, and at home in my body. This site is a place where those reflections live.

This website isn’t a feed or a portfolio. It’s a quiet place to pause, reflect, and return to over time. The writing and recordings here are part of an ongoing inquiry—shared slowly, without urgency, and meant to be engaged with at your own pace.

Some pieces are brief and personal, others more spacious and exploratory. Together, they form a living record of attention and experience.

Much of this work is shared aloud as a way of staying honest and present, and you’re welcome to witness it at your own distance and pace.

The Newsletter

The newsletter is the primary way this work is shared. It’s usually sent monthly, following the rhythm of life rather than a fixed schedule. Each issue gathers reflections from the season - often including a downloadable PDF with photographs and writing - along with notes on anything new that’s been published.

Some issues offer a single place to find recent posts or podcast episodes; others arrive simply as a letter, shared in its own time. Subscribing gives you access to these letters and the growing archive they belong to. You’re welcome to read slowly, return later, or step away when it feels complete.

Note: I occasionally offer paid one-on-one mindfulness coaching, shaped around specific themes or intentions. If it feels aligned, you’re welcome to get in touch.

A book

A few years ago, I wrote a book about trust, movement, and living with less certainty and more honesty.

The Art of Having Nothing is a reflection on choosing freedom, listening inward, and learning to be okay without a map.
